May Cottage has a beautiful location on the edge of the village with stunning views across the surrounding countryside. Views from within the house were restricted by small window openings and misplaced fenestration.
Rumble Architects designed a contemporary kitchen extension with large bi-fold doors to allow unobstructed views and bring the surrounding countryside into the house. The extension creates a large open plan kitchen, dining and living space that has become the heart of the home.
