We have a strong background of working across a variety of project types, ranging from community and educational projects to healthcare and housing developments. We specialise in residential projects; extensions, refurbishments, new builds and residential developments, of varying scale and budget.

Both Leon and Kate have undertaken their own development projects and understand the importance of striking the balance between maximising the value of your investment whilst creating buildings that are joyful and rewarding.
